Apologies for the lack of updates recently. Holiday season and whatnot. :)

Last night, I dreamt that there was a secret stash of STUFF below the floor of my livingroom. Apparently it had been put there by employees of the parks & recreations department across the road from me, and no-one was supposed to know about it. I had found out because a secret panel on the floor had opened, and I could see the huge hoard of objects below.
It was mostly things like DVDs, stuffed animals, that sort of thing. But they were all bootlegs. The toys of characters had strange body shapes or eyes in the wrong places, DVD cases had their covers inverted and such. I guess it was quite literally a pirate's buried treasure. *laughs*
They found out that I knew about the hidden materials, and tried to convince me that none of it existed, claiming that I was imagining the whole thing, and that I should just go to bed. I guess I followed their advice, as the next thing that happened was me sitting up in bed, and looking at the ground. Now there was no floor, my bed just sort of balancing or hovering above a huge pile of random stuff. I decided to pick some of it up and see if anyone noticed it was gone.
The dream then transitioned to me heading over to the parks & recreations department with a DVD case that they'd apparently forgot to retrieve.
I woke up at that point.
Welcome
Which is to record my dreams, for the purpose of training dream recall, and just plain laughing at the stupidity that is my subconscious. :)
I also apologise in advance for any and all affronts to the English language that results from typing with a brain that woke up 5 minutes ago...

I dreamt that I and some friends were at the north pole, and were looking for someone's base of operations,( who wasn't Santa, might I add *laughs* ). It was bright and sunny, and it didn't feel all that cold, despite the snow and ice in all directions. After a while of aimless wandering, one of my friends pointed out a ditch in the ice, and we all went over to investigate. There was a wooden ramp leading down to some under the ice.
We went down, and after a brief trip under the ice, the area opened up again, only now we were walking on a wooden, spiral-shaped path which was descending downward. It kind of looked like we were in a giant crater of snow. Suddenly as we're walking, out of nowhere Ronald McDonald appears on one of the higher parts of the path, and he's staring down at us with this look of surprise. He makes a kind of high pitched 'whoop' sound, then vanishes, leaving us somewhat confused.
The dream transitions to the bottom of the spiral, and we're looking at a door with a wheel-handle on it. Opening it, we find ourselves inside an aeroplane which seems to have been stripped of its seating. We walk down most of the length of the plane, when Ronald appears behind us again, with that same look on his face. Just like before, he makes that sound, then vanishes.
The pilot area of the plane doesn't seem to exist, as we discovered when we opened the door. Instead, we were greeted with plain blue sky, and a small stairway down from the door which didn't really lead anywhere. Still, we started down them, and as we did, they got wider and wider. Once again, that bloody clown appears, this time up at the doorway we just came from, and STILL has that wide-eyed look on his face. And once again he vanishes into thin air.
The dream changes location entirely at this point, and now I'm on my own, in this construction site sort of place. There are girders and scaffolding everywhere, and they're all completely black, like silhouettes. The sky is still bright blue, but doing nothing to make the area any easier to make out. There's music playing from nowhere in particular. I think it was a MIDI rendition of a theme from Panzer Dragoon. It felt like something from that series, anyway. *laughs*
I was apparently looking for parts of an aeroplane, like the tail, or landing wheels, and was supposed to deliver them to someone waiting at the edge of the construction area. I don't remember how, but I ended up on a higher platform of blackness, looking down at most of the area, and seeing one of my cousins running along the ground, shouting up to me if I'd seen any wild rabbits in the area. I replied that I hadn't, and turned to go, when Ronald reappeared again, staring away.
I woke up at this point, laughing. XD

False Awakenings
I had a series of false awakenings last night. They pretty much all comprised of me getting up and heading to my computer, trying to turn it on. But then I just sat up in my bed again. During one of the later ones, I questioned if I was really awake or not, but decided I was, then curled up under my computer desk to sleep. *laughs*
The room was dark during each false awakening, like it was the middle of the night.

Bees
I dreamt that there was a bee hive in my kitchen, up in the left corner above the window. There were honey bees crawling all over it, but they weren't frightening. They seemed to mostly ignore me, so I let them be, as well. Happy housemates. *laughs*
That's all I can recall from the dream.

Heaven and Hell... IN SPACE
Last night's dream was pretty ridiculous. Yet somehow awesome. *laughs*
---
I didn't 'take part' much in this dream, it was spent 'watching' the events take place, sort of like it was a TV show, and I was the camera or something.
Planet Heaven( Yes... ) was experiencing some sort of population problem, due to conditions on the world deteriorating, food supplies disappearing or being made inedible due to toxins, or people just completely unable to work chopsticks so eating the national food of calamari was deemed too hard. Buildings were lying in disrepair, the locals having to climb around the rubble just to make it back and forth.
The dream centered on a calamari vendor, who was teaching local children how to use the chopsticks so they could eat. Apparently eating food improperly was a huge crime on the planet, though nothing in the dream described the punishment for not doing so. Anyway, one of the children was complaining that chopsticks were stupid and that everyone should just be able to use their fingers. The vendor responded by coming over and showing how to hold them properly, but the kid still didn't get it, so left in a huff.
The food itself was served in white cups, sort of like a pot noodle. Only with squid tentacles instead of noodles. It may or may not also have been cooked. I'm not sure.
The dream changed focus to another group, who were milling around a large space ship. Some of Planet Heaven's higher ups had been in contact with Planet Hell's superiors, and had been granted space to bring some of its civilians to live whilst the problems of their planet could be addressed. So Heaven was gathering up the healthiest of its population, and making them board the ship( which had no name that I can remember, now, but I bet it was called 'Ark' or something. ).
Inside the ship looked something like a minibus, and everyone was climbing over each other trying to find a seat. The driver was asking if they had all put their belongings into the boot, so he could get moving. He also warned that Hell's customs were very different from Heaven's, and that they should be ready for some culture shock when they get there.
The dream then transgressed to deep space, and the ship was making its way toward the other planet. There were some ambassador ships flying out to meet it and lead it down. Some sort of drama was taking place aboard the civilian ship, with someone trying to take control of the driving wheel ( yup it was still a minibus inside... ), which resulted in the ship flailing around erratically before diving straight for the planet. A communication comes through, instructing the ship to go as fast as it possibly can, so it can break through Hell's planetary shield and land safely. The shield didn't allow ships not originating from Hell to pass through it freely.
The ship responded by turning its engines to full and orbiting Hell several times, building up its speed before turning in and scraping against the shield. Sparks flew everywhere from, I guess, the ship's hull as it worked to tear an opening to the planet. There was lots of screaming on board, some people were terrified by the events, others were actively encouraging it, like it was some sort of thrill ride at a theme park.
Eventually the ship manages to land, and people start getting off, looking around. Everything on the planet was decidedly red and pointy. It kind of looked like a giant, curled hedgehog in that respect. Some devils, who looked like regular people with huge, huge horns easily as long as they were tall, came to aid the people unloading, but said there were no buildings. People on Planet Hell had to rough it in the open. Also they warned that the local wildlife were very unfriendly. Some of the devils stole cups of calamari and ran off with them.
I got woke up at this point by someone sending a text to my mobile. Booo.
---
Thoughts & observations:
This dream was utterly stupid. But funny. XD
BUSES AGAIN. Even if it only was the interior of the ship.
Why do I keep dreaming of these multi-seated contraptions lately? They're not that fascinating, brain. XD
This dream played out like a Saturday morning cartoon or something.
I woke up very amused.

Waiting for a Bus
I dreamt last night that I and some friends were planning on traveling somewhere, and so we left my house and walked to a bus stop. The area we walked through to get to it, was apparently Byres Road in Glasgow's West End, only much narrower and without nearly as much traffic.
Eventually, walking what feels like from one end of the road to the other, we found where we were going to wait for a bus. By this point, the road had become a long, narrow, almost rural looking place. There were a few cottages on one side of the road, but mostly there was grassy hills reaching all the way into the distance. One of my friends at this point mentions that the bus fares have been revised, and are now 10p cheaper than before ( how this didn't trigger me into realising this was a dream, I shall never know *laughs* ). This resulted in us swapping coins and trying to get the right fare.
Someone else who was apparently standing at the bus stop all this time asked us if we'd 'checked the maps', to see if they had been updated and the rifts were gone, yet. One of my friends then pulled a road map from their pocket, and showed it to everyone. It looked like a nondescript road map, with three oval splotches in the middle of some streets, which were supposedly the rifts. Upon seeing this, the person then says that we wouldn't like what was coming, and that we should go to another stop for a different service.
Not long after he said that, we could see these little, red shapes heading along the road toward us. There were quite a lot of them, and when they got close, I could see that they were about waist-height, and around a meter in length each. They were rectangular, bright red gums on wheels, with three or four molars still attached to the top. They didn't cause any harm, just passed on by, one after the other, but it certainly was a strange sight.
The dream then transitioned to the other end of the road, and I'm alone, at another bus stop. I'm looking to see these gum-car-things, and have a camera in my pocket to take photographs of them for whatever reasons. Though after a short while, a train pulls up, and I board it instead, forgetting about the camera and gums altogether.
During the train ride, the windows are showing demos of various old Mega Drive games, instead of scenery outside. They were pretty much all old mascot platforming games, like Sonic. And as to be expected, they weren't playing as they should. Sonic, for example, kept glitching through loop-de-loops, or showing the balancing animation whenever he jumped.
Somewhere along the line, the train is no more, and I'm just standing in an empty dirt path where train tracks disappeared into the sand. I don't remember much past wondering if it was a dream, before my alarm went off, waking me up.

Cafe
Short entry, today.
---
Last night I dreamt about being at a cafe in some part of Edinburgh which I don't believe exists in real life. The seats were outside, in a small, walled off, cobbled area. there wasn't much room for more than two or three tables. It was high up, possibly on a hill or a roof, overlooking some old, Victorian style rooftops and a street below.
There were three people with me, and we were discussing the food, which apparently comprised of sweets bought from a traditional Scottish sweet shop, rather than the cafe itself. I don't remember much of the conversation itself, past one of the people saying the sweets melted into milk and made nice milkshakes.
There was something else in the dream, about birds, but I can't remember exactly what it was.

New House & Bus Stop
Last night, I dreamt that I was looking for a new place to live. I was checking around houses near where my mother lives, except the street had a dead end at the bottom, instead of leading to a main road. This dead end comprised of newly built houses that had entirely glass fronts to them.
I was led into one to have a look around, and was immediately impressed over how spacious that they were. Each had 3 bedrooms, all large in size, and with big walk-in closets. I noticed that all the walls were painted white, whilst the floor was dull grey-brown wood paneling, that looked quite old and unused. One of the bedrooms had a diagonal impression, going from the lower left to the upper right corner. Asking what it was, I was told that it was where the flue was for the chimney in some lower landing that I don't believe existed in the dream.
Eventually I'm lead into the livingroom of the building, which was the large room with the entire glass wall at the front. There was already some furnishings here, most notably a chocolate brown sofa sitting opposite of the window, where I and my friend ( who just sort of... appeared at this point ) sat down to hear any last things the house seller had to say.
We take the house, and are handed the keys, which, oddly, looked like slices of red agate attached to a key chain, more than actual keys. My friend is, for whatever reasons, terrified of them and makes whimpering noises as I try to give them to him.
Suddenly, these random other people start coming into the house, and putting things like photographs on the mantle piece, or video cassettes on the bookshelf. We tried to ask what was going on, but they just ignored us. Next thing we know, we're presented with a bill for £1,610.
The dream transitioned at this point, and I was in a cul de sac that lead to a box factory, and, for whatever reasons, there was a bus stop sitting where one of the car parks are. I headed over to wait for a bus, but as I did so, the bus stop changed location to another part of the car park.
This kept happening until I woke up.
---
Thoughts & observations:
Dead-end streets were the theme of the dream last night. Huh.
...at least the bus stop wasn't playing music. That would have been the icing on the cake. XD

Greyworld
I can't recall much about last night's dream...
I can remember that I was in some small, but dark building. Everyone in the dream had been instructed to stay within the confines of these small buildings, because conditions outside were ominously described only as hazardous.
Eventually curiosity piqued, and I had a look outside via a small window. The world was grey and flat, pretty much featureless for as far as I could see. I took a few steps away from the building, through some door I suppose was there ( I don't recall opening one... I guess it was instant transition ), and looked back. The 'building' was nothing more than a featureless, black, oblong shape just sitting there.
The ground started trembling all of a sudden, and large pieces of it began to crack open and raise upward. Some people on a bus came up and helped me to get away before anything worse happened.
My alarm woke me before the dream could progress past this.
---
Thoughts & observations:
All I can honestly think of with this dream is: "Welcome to your subconscious: Low-res edition." XD

Misc Details
I can't remember enough details from last night's dream to make a decent entry, today. So I shall have to make do with bullet pointing what I can remember, in hopes of perhaps jogging my memory.
---
That's all I have, unfortunately. Here's hoping for better results, tomorrow. :)
---
- Lion pride that specialised in hunting gelatinous creatures
- Traveling along a long, country road to reach a newsagents to buy groceries.
- Glass display of a yacht with golden sails

Bus Crash & Work
Last night's dreams felt quite short. I must be missing stuff that I just can't remember.
---
I recall being with a friend, and we were walking toward one of the bridges that spanned across the M8. Despite being a foot bridge in reality, it had a road in the middle of it, and there was a double-decker bus making its way across. My friend said something about how buses shouldn't be crossing this bridge whilst there is so much ice around. Just as he said that, the bus lost control and swerved wildly around the road, eventually crashing onto its side and somehow managing to do a complete roll-over before coming to rest on a grassy area just past the bridge.
We ran down to check if everyone was alright, climbing onto the side of the bus and forcing open the doors. The driver was sitting in what looked like an adult sized, yellow & white baby seat, and seemed quite content with himself. I don't recall there being any passengers on the bus.
The dream transitioned at this point, and apparently I was now in France, and walking down a random street with someone. Apparently he was involved with the TV industry, and we were discussing his work projects as we headed into a bright and colourful car park. I remember the ceiling being red, and the walls blue. It wasn't very big, but for some reason that I don't recall now, I was annoyed about it being indoors. I think he said something about it being an example of how much money he had made over the years.
Randomly, a small vintage car drove past with Doctor Who insignia on it, which I found hilarious in the dream for some reason or other. He said that it was a sign that his bosses were waiting for us in the offices, and led me up a stairway and into the lobby of his workplace.
The 'lobby; was a rather cluttered looking, long room, with peeling blue wall paint, and dusted up windows that I couldn't see out of. They were letting in natural light. I was led to a simple looking desk with another guy there, and told to wait till I was called. Whilst sitting there, I could see that there was a huge Disney-inspired, embossed mosaic on the wall above us. It looked like the sort of thing you would find painted on a wall at a school or children's ward window. There were rainbow swirls around it, and various Disney characters playing.
Suddenly the guy I'm sitting next to begins to talk about how the woman at reception ( whom I never saw ), kept leading him astray from his work, and he kept waking up every morning with a one-way parking ticket and his socks missing. Apparently losing one's socks was serious business, here, and he was currently fearing that he was about to be called to get the sack.
I woke up to the door buzzer before the dream could progress any farther than this.
---
Thoughts and observations:
Contrary to what my dream is possibly trying to say, I don't actually think the drivers of the local bus company are big babies. But that was pretty funny non the less. XD
Remember folks, never lose your socks; it could cost you your job. So says my subconscious.

From the Notepad #2
Once again, I am unable to recall what last night's dream was about, so I shall type up an old entry from a physical dream diary I used last year. This entry is from the 23rd of March, 2009.
---
The earliest recollection I have from this dream, was traveling to a tropical holiday resort with my family. It sat in the heart of a misty, humid rainforest, with a fast-flowing river near the hotel. "Today" on the holiday, we, along with various other guests, were to partake on a river tour courtesy of the resort. I recall the boat we were on being somewhat small, with not much room on the main deck to maneuver around in, but somehow, we made it to the bannister and could see the world around us.
Naturally, I had my camera with me, and was taking photographs of various typical rainforest things; plants, fruit, animals, that sort of thing. Suddenly, there was what the captain of the boat described as a bird shower, where lots of these purple, spherical little birds fell from the canopy and into the water below. They looked kind of like purple berries, with a single tail feather on their rear, resembling a leaf. The birds didn't seem hurt or bothered by the event, themselves, so I assumed it was just normal around here.
The dream transitioned at this point, and everyone on board the boat was getting a lunch courtesy of the captain. Said lunch comprised of Kinder eggs. Lots of them. I recall opening the prizes in the ones I was given, and found that they contained miniature melon slices that resembled edible rainbows.
The boat ride continued, and suddenly I found myself talking with one of the berry/bird things from before. It was saying how it was unfair that its species lifespan was so short, because they 'withered with the volcano's pattern'. Whatever that meant.
The boat was now apparently a plane, and I was traveling home with my family, and I watched the clouds through the window, as they gradually parted way to reveal the city below.
The dream scenario completely changes at this point, and I am apparently some sort of... anthro rabbit person, who has a twin. We have some sort of rivalry going on, and try to race one another down a suburban street. Everything was bright and sunny, with a clear, blue sky. The buildings and paving looked white in the light as we ran.
Apparently the race is to reach a bus stop, and whoever does so first, gets to clean it( in hindsight, this seems like a gigantic gyp if you ask me... XD ). Amazingly, I won, and grabbed a sweeping brush to clean the shelter with. The purpose of this was supposed to prove some kind of superiority over the twin, and she was so displeased about the turn of events that she started trying to cheat her way into getting to clean the shelter instead, trying such tactics as 'look over there, what's that?' to steal the brush.
Suddenly, for no apparent reason, the character Reala ( NiGHTS into dreams... ) appears. He looked pretty much like he did from the first game, except he was missing his trademark jester hat, instead sporting a shoulder-length, black haircut. He was the inspector to be sure the bus stop was cleaned properly, and so he began running his fingers along the shelter window and such, checking for signs of dust or streaks.
Thankfully, he seemed pleased with the efforts, and awarded me £500 for my efforts, to spend as I pleased.
...
I spent it on a box of Weetabix, and hotel residency at an internet café.
That was where I woke up.
---
Thoughts and observations:
I guess hotels are a longer running theme than I recall.
I found this dream pretty hilarious to read over again. 500 quid on a box of Weetabix and an internet cafe... Seriously, subconscious, what the heck? XD

Lucid Road and Retro Game Supermix
I had two dreams last night again. One of which was lucid..
Excuse the sporadic, horrible writing. I've been awake for about 5 minutes. ^^;
---
I recall being at the main road, down at the bottom of my street, and looking out to the hills in the distance. Everything had a pale, greenish grey look to it, despite it being bright and sunny. I noticed that I could partially see the water beyond the hills ( which I can't do in real life ), but there was a strange fog dancing about the hills, obscuring parts of it at random times.
This triggered me into realising that it was a dream, so I decided to walk along the road, and watched the cars that went by, to see if anything strange showed up.
The area between the local train station and traffic lights was about 4x longer than it was in real life, so it took quite a while to walk. I couldn't feel my feet hitting the concrete as I walked, it was sort of like they were passing through it. I found the sensation quite amusing. I watched the cars traveling past, as I had planned, and found it quite hilarious how random and weird some of them were.
To memory I saw:
*2 go-carts
*1 carnival truck with a miniature ferris wheel on the back
*1 convertible with a Samurai Pizza Cat driving it ( hahaha I had to do a doubletake at this in the dream XD )
*1 tram
and several vintage cars that looked like they were from the 1920's/30's.
Eventually I reached the lights, and tried to cross to the other side. I noticed that all but one lane on this road was closed off by some railings for a reason I'm not sure. As I was in the middle of the road, I got the sensation that something was going to try and run me down, and, sure enough, a coach came screaming toward me as I neared the other side.
The dream transitioned to some other street at this point, and I don't think I was quite so lucid any more. I was walking along a quiet street with lots of old victorian houses either side. I had a friend with me, and we were looking for interesting cars. I recall one being parked onto the wall of a house, that looked a bit like one of those 'land speed record' supercars. It was yellow.
---
I woke up briefly at this point, realised it was about 5am, and decided to try to sleep again.
---
Next dream featured some kind of internet challenge, that involved getting through a single level of this 'brand new video game'. I decided to take the challenge, and settled down for some gaming fun.
Turns out the game was far from 'brand new', but a complete mishmash of an uncountable ammount of retro games from the 8 and 16-bit eras. It was a 2d platformer, and along the way, the level would just randomly change it's theme and character, or just random items from games would start appearing. I recall playing as Sparkster for a bit, on some stage that looked like it was taken from the Megaman games, which led to some Alex Kidd in Miracle World part, with eggs from Psycho Fox dotted around. There was a 'moving screen' part, where the platforms ( which looked like they were from Sonic's Labyrinth Zone ) would fall away, and you had to keep on your toes.
I remember making it to the end of the level, which had the signpost and music from the Master System version of Sonic 1, and felt proud of myself ( I guess... ). But then a screen appeared and said 'special stage unlocked', which led to a level of the Game Gear game, Popils, which you had to complete in 6 steps or less.
I did not manage it. Aww. XD
Then the dream transitioned, and I was in some scene about being on a truck in the middle of the night. There was a hairy, tribal man with a sparkling gas problem tied to the back.
Thankfully my alarm went off and thus prevented this scenario from progressing *laughs* XD
---
Thoughts and observations:
Mini-cheddars before bed = this, apparently. XD

Rebellious Computer
I dreamt last night that my computer would shut itself down, whenever anybody approached it.
Unfortunately, that is all that I can remember.
Here's hoping for a longer entry tomorrow!

Cinema & Hotel
I had a couple of dreams last night.
---
The first one began with me and a friend visiting a cinema to see what was supposedly an animated Dragon Ball film. For some reason, as we were finding our seats ( which were two or three rows from the front ), I was discussing with him the pros and cons of nervous nausia. I can't remember the exact details of the conversation, however.
Upon claiming our seats, the film promptly began, with an introducion that comprised mostly of cartoony boulders floaring around the screen, and occasionally a random child character drawn in Akira Toriyama's style would appear, breaking out of one them. There was a song being played at this time, but the only lyric that I can remember from it is "Do you believe in the dragon?".
The movie itself seemed to have little to do with the DragonBall world, and was just done in Akira Toriyama's style, and centered around the relationships with several family's children and their parents. One scene comprised of some of the children falling into a pond and one who remained on the bank had to go find help.
Later( or as much as you can define this in a dream, it feels more like an instant transition ), the 'villains' of the film had shown up and were giving one of the children a verbal telling off, claiming that adding moons to their outfit made them look emo. The more moons, the more emo that they were. The main villain, who was wearing a large, red trench coat, then turned round and showed his back to the children, showing that he had three rows of moons at various stages ( crescent, full, everything inbetween ) stitched to the upper segment of it.
For whatever reason, I felt that the moons had some sort of hidden message, and tried to write down on a blank paper pad what they were, but the scene in the film changed before I got beyond the first row. I also noticed around this point that the lights were still on in the cinema.
I woke up briefly at this point, and when I got back to sleep, I had another dream:
In this one, I was viewing some dream-made-up scene from the first Panzer Dragoon game, and the Blue Dragon was talking a little about his past with his rider. He was talking about his "brother", the Black Dragon, saying its name was Faust. I don't remember anything other than the name, however.
Then the dream transitioned and I was sitting up the back of a large room in a hotel. I was with three other people, and apparently we were all staying at this place. The room was deep red in colour, and I never saw what was at the other end of it. One of the people asked me if I could bring them some tea from my room, and I set off to go get some.
I left the room and walked down a longish corridor, that had a clear glass door at the end of it, the other side of which was a rather cluttered looking, small library. It had book shelves lining the walls, and a large desk taking up most of the space in the middle, with books piled all ways on top of it. There was barely any room to move, and definitely no space for seating. The light above gave everything a sort of yellowish look.
I don't remember quite how I made it through the library, possibly another instant transition, but I was now outside my room and opening the door. Though, instead of a room on the other side, I seemed to walk into the corridor before the library again, and now I was looking for fragments of things that was in my travelling bags. Apparently the cleaning people had taken the contents and hidden it about the hotel for me to find.
I woke up soon after this.
---
Thoughts and observations:
Corridors & hotels again. I blame the latter on a recent trip to Edinburgh for a weekend. Hotels are probably just still on my mind.
Cruel cleaners! XD
Moons = emo. So sayeth my subconscious. Um...
Yeah, this was a pair of strange dreams. I don't really have much I can say on them, past: *lol* XD

Little Bird
Hmm. I don't remember much about last nights' dream.
---
I recall being in the pathway leading to the local park; a straight, rough, concrete path with waist-high railings either side of it. There was a person with me, I think it was a man. He said that he was here to see the rare birds.
No sooner had he said that, than a tiny little bird no bigger than a sparrow appeared, and flew around us at high speed. It looked something like a humming bird, with a very long beak and fast beating wings, though its colouration was more like a red-breasted robin's, had the colours themselves not been entirely wrong. Its head and back were a sort of spring green colour, whilst its breast was purple.
At this point I realised I had my camera on me, and I decided to try and take some photographs of the little bird. But, every time I got it within view, it would fly up and land on my index finger, until I lowered the camera.
I also remember the area being bright and sunny, like it was a spring morning.
---
That is all I can recall. :)

Tall Building
Whoops, I meant to update this sooner, so I have probably forgotten some stuff by now. Oh well.
---
I recall being part of a sort of security team, and was stationed on the ground floor of an absolutely huge hotel. I vaguelly remember being in the main lobby of the building, which had white-grey marbled flooring and white, very tall walls. There was a row of large, wall-sized windows around the entrance, flooding the area with bright, natural light. The hall itself was vast in size, easilly about the size you would expect from the waiting area in a central train station.
Someone who was deemed suspicious by the rest of the security team ( who at this point I can remember no details of ) entered the hotel, and made his way to an escalator. I was ordered to "suit up and pursue him", at which point I got to see the uniform of this team.
It looked like... well to be honest, it looked like a human-sized action figure, entirely in blue and cut into halves so that people could step inside and wear it like a full body suit, covering face and all. The substance it was made from was like hardened rubber. I was unable to get the face covering part to fit for whatever reasons, so one of my teammates removed it and gave me some sort of helmet to wear, instead. I don't recall much of what the helmet was like, past it had a single, long horn sticking out from the forehead, which I found rather unwieldy as it often blocked my view. So I pulled it off, before heading up the escalator to catch up with the suspicious person.
The hotel had many, many floors; it was a ridiculously tall building. I chased this person up flight after flight of escalators, untill I caught him up. I could see out of some nearby windows, and saw what seemed to be the curvature of the earth( *laughs* ).
The person I was chasing then told me that he was being targetted by the security team because he had something that would expose them for some kind of fraud, and that I was to help him evade them. So, for whatever reasons, I did, and helped him get to the top of the building with as little drama as possible. After travelling along a long, dark corridor from the topmost escalator, I opened the door and let him onto the roof.
The 'roof' looked to be a park, with tennis courts and a small obstacle course in the distance. There were trees everywhere, and there was the sound of traffic passing by. Though possibly the weirdest sight were the people wearing full body bird costumes in both blue and yellow playing tennis. They all had single radio antennae sticking off the tops of their heads, and seemed friendly enough, asking if we wanted to join in their game.
My alarm woke me up at this point.
---
Thoughts and observations:
That building felt like it had several hundred floors in it. So much of the dream comprised of going up escalators! D:
I really don't know what to say about the birdfolk playing tennis. XD
Another corridor, wooo.

From the Notepad #1
Since I obviously haven't been to sleep yet, but want to make a post just to test everything, I'll type up an entry from my old notepad. This one is from the 22nd of March, 2009.
( it also may be slightly better written, since I'm not just 5 minutes out of my bed and prodding the keys with wild abandon... hahaha )

The earliest recollection from the dream, was of myself and a friend in a local tabletop games store. I was purchasing a few packets of miniatures, and currently standing in a lengthy queue, waiting to be served. I checked my money on hand, probably to be sure that I had the correct ammount. I had mostly a collection of brown £10 notes, though there was also a £50 note mingling with them, which I believe was also brown in this dream. Upon attempting to place the money back in my pocket, I managed to drop a few of the tenners, though was lucky enough to retrieve them before anyone else in the queue caught on.
Somewhere along the queue, the miniatures shop became a cafe, and for some unfathomable reason, the line was much longer than it had been when I started waiting, now spanning down an entire corridor, with the cash register at the far end. Behind me, the shelves that held dragons and dice had become tables and chairs.
At the end of the line, I saw another of my friends, who was at the time ordering a cake from the owner of the cafe. He shortly left, walking back up the corridor with his prize on a silver tray. The cake looked like two different gateuxes ( I have to admit I have no idea of the proper plural term, here... ) that had been sliced perfectly in half and placed together. One half white chocolate, the other dark.
At some point I suppose I must have been served, as the next note is about sitting at one of the cafe tables, arguing with fans of a video game( specifically NiGHTS into dreams... ). The topic of argument is oddly not the video game in question, but a "subscription art program" that doesn't actually exist. The brush tools in particular were the cause of much ire amongst the group.
Though eventually the argument does get on the topic of the video games, and the issue of Reala's Journey of Dreams design crops up. Most of the people, funnily enough, were arguing that the rest were being far too negative over the design, and show some footage of what could have been a "Reala Expansion" where you got to controll him instead. He had upward-scrolling levels, and there were small, glowing, gold objects zipping around that you had to avoid. Though, according to these people, it would never happen due to the unnecessary complaints.
It was around there that I woke up.

Thoughts and observations:
One of the more common things I see in my dreams crops up here: corridors.
If I were one who believed in dream interpretation, I'm sure I would find some meaning behind it. As it stands, however, I just find it merely interesting.
And on a more amusing note:
How dare my friend get such a delicious looking cake and not at least share it. :(

I believe that if I awake with no recollection of the previous nights' dreams, I shall type up more entries from the notepad( Untill I run out, I suppose ). :)
( it also may be slightly better written, since I'm not just 5 minutes out of my bed and prodding the keys with wild abandon... hahaha )
